NAYAAB currently ships within Canada.

At this time, our primary service areas include Ontario and surrounding regions. Shipping availability may expand over time.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during:

  • high order volume periods;

  • holidays;

  • promotional launches;

  • restocks.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Typical estimated delivery times:

  • Ontario: 1–5 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces: 3–10 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location;

  • selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically at our discretion.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to update.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

NAYAAB is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • courier service interruptions;

  • weather conditions;

  • holidays;

  • incorrect shipping information;

  • carrier delays;

  • events outside our control.

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information is accurate before placing an order.

NAYAAB is not responsible for:

  • lost packages;

  • delays;

  • failed deliveries;

  • additional shipping fees

resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NAYAAB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • photos of the packaging;

  • photos of the damaged item(s).

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution where applicable.
