We currently do not offer:

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • an incorrect order;

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be possible.

4. SHIPPING ISSUES

NAYAAB is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays caused by courier services;

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered;

  • delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;
