Will the gold finish fade or wear off?
With proper care, the finish holds up well over time. To maximize its life, avoid prolonged water exposure (showering, swimming), perfume, and lotion contact we recommend applying those before putting your piece on, not after.
Is it water-resistant?
Yes, our pieces are made to handle everyday life. Rain, sweat, and the occasional splash won't cause any issues. We'd just recommend taking it off before a shower, swim, or hot tub, since extended time in water is what wears down any gold plating fastest.
Is stainless steel jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Stainless steel is one of the most skin friendly metals used in jewellery today and is a great option if you have sensitive skin or metal allergies. As with any jewellery, we suggest removing it before showering or swimming so the finish lasts longer.
How do I find my kada or chain size?
Just wrap a string around your wrist, measure the length in centimetres, and match it to the chart below. If you're between two sizes, we recommend going up a size for a more comfortable fit.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
We offer a one time size exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and still in its original packaging. Just measure your wrist using our sizing guide before ordering to help get it right the first time, and if it's still off, reach out to us at support.nayaab@gmail.com and we'll help sort out the correct size for you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our location in Mississauga, Ontario. Delivery across Canada typically takes 5-10 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available for customers near our Mississauga location. One thing to note is that Shopify doesn't allow shipping and pickup to be combined in one order, so if you'd like part of your order picked up and part shipped, you'll need to place two separate orders.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final, with one exception: sizing. If your kada or chain doesn't fit, you can request a one time size exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging (return shipping covered by you). Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect? Email support.nayaab@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll sort out a replacement, store credit, or fair resolution.
